Melanie is responsible for the topics Innovation & Entrepreneurship and works closely with our Start-up Service. At EELISA, we expand the offer of the respective university with that of the partners and joint activities, such as the EELISA Demo Day in Pisa or info sessions for teachers on co-creation, design thinking and co.

What does EELISA mean to Melanie?

My path to EELISA was…

… via another EU-funded project – the MedTech Bootcamp. In August 2021, I was supposed to participate as an evaluator in the recruitment process for EELISA project leaders and then became a candidate myself.

Before working for EELISA,

… I also worked in project management, at Siemens Healthineers, at Schön Klinik and now at FAU.
